Polonious will:

1. Provide an objective sounding board with support and honest feedback.
2. Assist in reviewing and challenging management styles and strategies for dealing with people and getting things done.
3. Assist individuals to become more effective and avoid 'performance plateau'.
4. Help focus on what is important and be less distracted by day-to-day problems and challenges.
5. Help gain greater self-awareness and self-management skills, and an enhanced capacity to lead others.

Minimum charge: $1100 (inc GST), to include:

• RightPath 4 & 6 online profile assessments.
• Individual report in soft and hard copy format.
• Correlated summary of both profiles.
• Personal feedback session on profile findings.
• Subsequent 2 hours of consultation.

Further sessions are charged separately, depending on the number and duration.
